Colstrip Public Schools are aggressively recruiting potential applicants to fill vacant positions for 2017-2018. It is becoming more difficult to hire highly qualified staff and administration. Our school district is taking the next step by using social media to generate interest in what Colstrip has to offer.

It is our intent to brand and market our school system using social media as well as other means to get attract the very best teaching candidates for our school.

Please share this information as to assist the school district with these endeavors. We are seeking the very best for the very best.

Let the VLOGGING Begin!

by Robert "Bob" Lewandowski

Social media extends its self in so many ways. In fact, social media has created a fundamental shift in power.  The district will attempt to utilize these media venues to share information and collect feedback to create a transparent environment that people know and trust. We hope to complement the concept of "word of mouth" with the light speed of social media.

MAKE DUST marks my first public YouTube Channel and this is my very first podcast on it. I encourage you to watch the podcast that I vlogged and subscribe to the MAKE DUST channel.

District Facebook Page: The NEW Word of Mouth

by Robert "Bob" Lewandowski

Please visit and "Like" the District Facebook Page called Colstrip Public Schools.  This page will be used to share information at the building and district levels. Principals and other administrators will add content for public consumption and use.

Social Media networks like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter or blogging have created a fundamental shift in power.  The district will utilize these communication venues to share information and collect feedback to create a transparent environment that people know and trust. We hope to complement the concept of "word of mouth" with the light speed of social media.
